Privacy
This page explains what WonderWY does with the details you share through this website, and what the website records on its own.
Who is responsible
WonderWY is responsible for the details described here. The website is built and hosted with Leych, which stores and processes them on our behalf.
What the contact form collects
When you fill in the form, we receive:
- Your name
- Phone optional
- Child's age optional
- What is your child curious about? optional
- Your message
We use it to answer you, by the means you gave us, and we keep it with our other customer records. We do not sell it.
Visits
We count visits to see which pages are useful. The counter uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. To tell one visit from another on the same day, it reads your IP address and browser type without storing them, and keeps only a scrambled code that changes every day. We cannot tell who you are from what it keeps.
How long we keep it
We keep a message for as long as we may still need it to answer you or to do what we agreed. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us and we will reply.
